All Lundies House rooms and studios are offered on a dinner, bed and breakfast basis, with a packed lunch and afternoon treat included in the rate. We are more than happy to cater for specific dietary requirements, please let us know at the time of booking.
Rooms in both the main house and the studios are available to book individually or as an exclusive hire. Our nearest international airport is Inverness, a two hour drive away. The airport is serviced by a range of flights from locations such as London or Amsterdam. Inverness also has good rail links from south Scotland and beyond. From Inverness, you can choose to hire a car, due to the remote nature of our location, having your own transport is essential.
BY CAR
A stay at Lundies is worth it for the drive alone. Head north from Inverness towards Lairg. A short while after Lairg, branch off onto a single-track road which will be signposted ‘Tongue’. Once you arrive in Tongue, you will find Lundies House tucked away on the left near the centre of the village. You can input IV27 4XF into your sat nav or phone for more detailed directions.
BOOKING CONDITIONS
Rooms and Studios; 50% deposit due on booking to secure this fully refundable up to fourteen days prior to arrive. Thereafter, the full room rate will be due.
The Bothan; 50% deposit is fully refundable one month prior to arrival.
For parties hiring the site for an exclusive-use catered stay, a 50% non-refundable deposit will be due at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due two months prior to arrival. Should your plans change, we can transfer your reservation to an agreed future date up to two months prior to your original arrival date.
