Staying safe - A few good things to know before arriving at Lundies House
We are looking forward to welcoming you to the Highlands of Scotland soon.
We have made a few small adjustments to the way we work to help make your stay extra safe.
When you arrive
When you arrive, a member of our team will welcome you. As you enter the house, our team will ask you for a few details for the UK’s ‘track and trace’ program.
This will include filling out a quick form attesting to your current health status, with your name, contact telephone number, and signature. We will have to ask every member of your party to provide their details as part of this regulation.
During your stay
For your safety, our team will be maintaining a safe social distance throughout your stay.
To help with social distancing, we will not be servicing bedrooms or cottages throughout your stay. We will, of course, always be on hand to provide fresh towels should you wish.
If you are staying at one of our catered houses, you are free to ask for your room to be cleaned at any time, however, we may ask for the space to be ventilated before cleaning.
Nature is waiting for you here, and we look forward to showing you all that the Highlands has to offer at this time of year. For your safety, we may not be able to offer our full list of activities, including 4x4 tours and country pursuits for novice sportspeople. If you would like to discuss things to see and do during your stay, please do not hesitate to contact our friendly team.
If you feel unwell during your stay
If you begin to feel the symptoms of coronavirus during your stay with us, including a new cough, a temperature, or a loss of smell and/or taste, we advise that you contact the Scottish National Health Service on 111 from any phone immediately. Once you have received advice from the NHS, please let us know so that we can be as helpful as possible.
Here to help
We know that these are new times for traveling, but our team is here to help make your stay in the Highlands is one to remember. If we can be of any further assistance before you arrive, please never hesitate to contact us.
